All Sensors Releases Ceramic Media Isolated Series

These sensors offer performance for various applications such as hydraulics, automotive, medical, energy and more.

All Sensors Corporation has released new media isolated pressure sensors. The company’s first line is the ceramic CPM 602 series. These sensors offer performance for various applications such as hydraulics, automotive, medical, energy and more.

The CPM 602 series offers piezoresistive monolithic ceramic pressure sensors. According to the company, Product highlights include excellent chemical resistance and easy mounting. Using thick-film technology, the measuring bridge is printed directly onto one side of the ceramic diaphragm. The structure-free backside can be directly exposed to the medium to be measured. Due to a high resistance to chemicals, additional protection is not necessary.

On the basis of solid construction, these sensors are mostly unaffected by clamping effects after mounting, and therefore OEM (original equipment manufacturer) customers can easily install them in different housings. The ceramic sensor has been especially designed for pasty, polluted and aggressive media, and for oxygen applications at low pressure ranges. Devices are available in 30, 75, 150, 300, 750, 1500, 3000 and 6000 PSI.
