CAM Enhancements: In terms of CAM advancements Cimatron 2025 represents a significant release to support CAM operations from basic 2.5X up to complex five-axis and several notable process management features to organize and modify your machining plans. Notable enhancements include improved profile enhancements for CAM 3X, enhanced auto tilt capabilities for CAM 5X, and the introduction of multi-edit procedures and process management tools for NC Process.

Mold Making: In mold-making, Cimatron 2025 introduces features such as Chord Length Round and Hole by Screw Size for modeling, as well as the automation of Burn Body operations and enhanced electrode extensions for electrode design.

Efficiency Updates: This version incorporates advanced workflow enhancements, including multi-view spacing, batch processing for drawing updates, and improved tangent control for blending faces.

Digital Connectivity: With focus on digital integration, Cimatron 2025 integrates with Sandvik Coromant's CoroPlus Tool Library and TDM Systems tool management system.
