The Eagle Point Software Pinnacle Series LMS is a comprehensive learning management system specifically designed for the AEC, product design, and manufacturing industries. The company has just announced a major update to the program – Peak Experience for Pinnacle Series – that provides a more intuitive and engaging user experience, enhanced features, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities.
The Peak Experience enhances the classic Pinnacle Series with major improvements, new features, and more.The update introduces innovative new content organization and publication features, and simultaneously streamlines the management functions users touch every day.

The platform’s updated look and feel are not only visually engaging but also easy to navigate, ensuring that users can access the tools and training they need with minimal effort. Peak Experience empowers managers with new content management options that make creating and controlling content easier than ever. Assignments include new permission levels and the ability to assign learning paths, courses, and assessments.
A key new feature is Pinnacle AI, an AI-based chat tool that provides curated answers citing Pinnacle Series content with links to the source material. Users will have the ability to leverage AI to receive trusted, vetted solutions to their questions.
Peak Experience for Pinnacle Series also boasts an improved home page with new carousels for navigating assignments and libraries, progress updates, and a quick access search bar. Users can also see learning and assessments side by side with new sorting options.
The new library experience provides graphical organization for content; the ability to create blended libraries containing subscription to custom content; easy management of publication and visibility; and faster loading, filtering, and searching
Companies can also enable new features that align user management across the Pinnacle Series and KnowledgeSmart applications. Managers can also ensure users are up to date leveraging Pinnacle’s EntraID/AD Sync, increase security through anonymization of users, and leverage a single source of truth for user management. You can also leverage Pinnacle Series authentication for users to access assessments, surveys, and skills audits, which saves time by reducing the need to sign into multiple applications.
Peak Experience for Pinnacle Series provides a future-proof foundation for training, as well as faster access to content. The update also makes it easier for administrators to manage their content and assign learning.
The Peak Experience will be available to both existing and new clients on October 22, 2024.
